55+ Senior Programming; some registration required, see below and contact via email or phone to complete registration.

Tuesdays: 9-10am Gentle Exercises followed by Coffee Time from 10-11am.

Thursdays July 3rd, 17th, and 31st: 9-10am Walking Program followed by Coffee Time from 10-11am.

Thursdays July 10th and 24th: 9-11am Craft Club (Registration Required for New Participants).

There will be No Programming on Tuesday July 1st Canada Day.
